To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, it is highly recommended to book your transportation in advance. We have designated specific pick-up and drop-off points for your convenience, so please provide your preferred pick-up location during the booking process. If your desired location is outside the designated area, there may be additional charges or you may be directed to the nearest pick-up and drop-off point.
Please be aware that our rates do not apply on public holidays or blackout days, which include Easter, Valentine's Day, Iftar, EID, Christmas Day, Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve, Diwali, and Chinese New Year.
The child rate is applicable for children aged 3 to 11 years old. Once a booking is made, it is considered final, and no refunds or cancellations are permitted. However, in case of an emergency requiring rescheduling, availability will be taken into consideration and is subject to approval.
