Know Before You Go
Prior booking is required to ensure availability. You may also call our customer hotline 800 2080 for other details. Entrance is via Atlantis the Palm Avenues. Eye-glasses and jewellery should be removed prior to riding. Aquaventure is not responsible for lost items. Selfie sticks or other extension devices used to hold cameras, notepads, cell phones or other technical devices are not permitted for safety purposes. Most of the park attractions have rider height and weight restrictions, in place for the safety of the guest. Further, most rides and slides are not recommended for expectant mothers, persons with a history of neck, back, joint or heart problems, or people with physically limiting conditions. Guests with injuries like with casts, bandages and or contagious diseases are not permitted on the attractions
